Terms of Service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and the operator of FacilityHub. By using the site, submitting a requirement, applying as an agency or creating an account, you accept them. If you use FacilityHub for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

FacilityHub is an online marketplace that helps customers find and compare facility service agencies. We are an intermediary. We are not a security or housekeeping provider, and we do not employ, supervise or control agency staff.

Any contract for services is made directly between the customer and the agency. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for its performance, price, staffing or payments.

"Verified" means our team has checked certain information and documents an agency provided, such as contact details and registrations, at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of quality, compliance, financial health or future conduct. Customers should do their own due diligence, including checking licences, statutory compliance and references, before engaging an agency.

• Give accurate, complete information in your requirement and keep it current.
• A requirement may be reviewed, edited, held or declined before it is shared with agencies.
• Quotes you receive are offers made by agencies. They are not binding on us, and prices, terms and availability are for you and the agency to agree.
• Do not use the platform to collect agency details for purposes other than engaging them for your requirement.

• You confirm that your business details and documents are true, current and that you hold every licence and registration required by law, for example under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 and applicable labour laws.
• You must pay staff in line with applicable minimum wage, provident fund, ESI and other statutory requirements and remain solely responsible as employer.
• Keep your profile and documents up to date. We may pause or remove a listing if documents expire, information is wrong or complaints are not resolved.
• Quotes you send must be genuine, itemised and honoured for the validity period you state.
• Listing is currently free. If we introduce fees we will tell you in advance and they will not apply to existing listings without notice.

Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display (as described in our Privacy Policy) and use it to operate and improve FacilityHub. You confirm you have the right to provide it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

• No false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonation.
• No spam, scraping, bulk automated access, or attempts to break or bypass the site's security.
• No harassment, discrimination, or unlawful content.
• No attempts to take a deal off the platform by misusing contact details you were shown for another purpose.

FacilityHub is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that you will receive quotes, that an agency will perform, that listings are error-free, or that the site will always be available or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit or business, or for any loss arising from a dealing between a customer and an agency. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹5,000 if you have paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate us for losses and claims arising from your breach of these terms, the information you provide, or your dealings with other users, to the extent permitted by law.

You can stop using FacilityHub and ask us to close your account at any time. We can suspend or end access, remove content or decline requirements and listings, with or without notice where needed to protect users, the platform or to meet legal requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection rights you have under law. We encourage you to write to us first so we can try to resolve a complaint informally.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
