Question 1

How does FacilityHub work?

Accepted Answer

You post one requirement. Our team calls you to confirm the details, shares the requirement (without your contact details) with agencies we have verified for that service, checks the quotes they send, and puts them side by side for you. You choose; we connect you with that agency.

Question 2

Which services can I get quotes for?

Accepted Answer

Security guards and supervisors, CCTV and electronic security, housekeeping staff, deep cleaning, pest control, facility technicians, integrated facility management, MEP and HVAC maintenance, landscaping, waste management, front desk and parking staff. If what you need isn't listed, choose “Something else” on the form and describe it.

Question 3

My requirement isn't in the list. Can I still post it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose “Something else / custom requirement” and describe what you need: the work, the site and how often. We'll tell you within a working day whether we can source verified agencies for it.

Question 4

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Delhi NCR & nearby. We are starting here so we can verify every agency properly. If your site is outside this area, post anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Question 5

How quickly will I get quotes?

Accepted Answer

We aim to call you the same or next working day to confirm the requirement. Quotes usually arrive within 1–3 working days after that. Jobs that need a site visit first can take a little longer.

Question 6

I need staff urgently. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Post the requirement and choose “Immediately” for when you need them, then message us on WhatsApp with your reference number. We prioritise urgent requirements, but we never skip agency verification to save time.

Question 7

How many quotes will I get?

Accepted Answer

Usually two to four, depending on the service and how many verified agencies cover your area. We would rather send you three good quotes than ten unchecked ones.

Question 8

Do I have to accept a quote?

Accepted Answer

No. You can compare, ask questions about any quote, decline all of them, or close your requirement at any time. There is no obligation and no charge.

Question 9

Who do I sign the contract with?

Accepted Answer

With the agency you choose. FacilityHub checks the agency and the quote and stays in touch to see how the work goes, but is not a party to the contract and does not employ any staff.

Question 10

Will someone visit the site before quoting?

Accepted Answer

For staffing (guards, housekeeping) a visit is usually not needed. For jobs like deep cleaning, pest control, maintenance contracts or CCTV, agencies often need to see the site to quote accurately. We arrange the visit with you before quotes are sent.

Question 11

How do I follow up on my requirement?

Accepted Answer

Keep your reference number (it starts with FH-). Your quotes arrive on a private link we send you, and if you have an account they also appear under My account. You can always message us on WhatsApp with the reference.

Question 12

What if I'm not happy with the agency after hiring?

Accepted Answer

Tell us. We take it up with the agency, and an agency that repeatedly fails customers is paused or removed. You can also leave a rating once the job is marked completed. Ratings only come from completed jobs, so they can't be faked.

Question 13

Is it free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's free for customers. During launch it is also free for agencies. FacilityHub does not add anything to the agency's price.

Question 14

What will the service cost me?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the service, the number of people or visits, shift hours and the site. We don't publish rates because they vary by agency and requirement. You get itemised quotes for your exact requirement, so you see the real number before you decide.

Question 15

What does an itemised quote show?

Accepted Answer

Each part of the price on its own line: wages or the base price, employer PF and ESIC where they apply, any bonus or leave provision, the agency's service charge and GST, plus what's included, the validity date and the terms. You can tell a compliant quote from one that cuts corners.

Question 16

Why do some agencies quote much lower than others?

Accepted Answer

Very low staffing quotes often skip employer PF and ESIC, pay below the state minimum wage or leave out relievers for weekly offs. That usually leads to absenteeism and legal risk for you. Itemised quotes make this visible, and we flag it when we check them.

Question 17

Who do I pay, and how?

Accepted Answer

You pay the agency directly, on the billing terms written in its quote (usually monthly). FacilityHub never collects payment for the agency's services.

Question 18

Is GST included in the quote?

Accepted Answer

Every quote states GST separately, so you can see the price before and after tax. Most facility services carry 18% GST.

Question 19

What does “Verified” mean?

Accepted Answer

A person on our team has spoken to the agency owner, checked registrations (GST, PAN, company papers), PF and ESIC registration, the PSARA licence for security agencies, and references from current clients. Only then can the agency see or quote on requirements.

Question 20

What is a PSARA licence and why does it matter?

Accepted Answer

The Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act requires security agencies to hold a licence for each state they operate in. Hiring guards from an unlicensed agency can expose you to legal risk. We check the licence, the state and the expiry date before a security agency can quote.

Question 21

What happens when an agency's licence expires?

Accepted Answer

We track expiry dates and remind agencies before they lapse. An agency that doesn't renew is paused and can't quote until it sends the renewed licence.

Question 22

Does verification guarantee the agency's work?

Accepted Answer

No. Verification confirms who the agency is and that its paperwork is in order at the time we check. It is not a guarantee of service quality. That's why we also share ratings from completed jobs and stay in touch after you hire.

Question 23

How does my agency join?

Accepted Answer

Fill in the agency form with your services, the areas you cover and your registrations, and upload your documents. Our team then calls you to verify. Once approved you start receiving matching requirements.

Question 24

Which documents does an agency need?

Accepted Answer

GST certificate, PAN, company or partnership papers, EPFO and ESIC registration, and a valid PSARA licence for security services. Contract labour licence and insurance help but are not mandatory. PDF or photos up to 5 MB each.

Question 25

How long does agency verification take?

Accepted Answer

Usually two to five working days, depending on how quickly we can reach you and your references. Incomplete documents are the most common delay.

Question 26

Do agencies pay to receive requirements?

Accepted Answer

Not during launch. If we introduce fees later, we'll tell you in advance, and they won't apply to existing listings without notice.

Question 27

What kind of requirements will my agency receive?

Accepted Answer

Only requirements our team has confirmed with the customer by phone, for services and areas you cover. You see the job details without the customer's contact details until they choose your quote.

Question 28

How does my agency send a quote?

Accepted Answer

From your account, open the requirement and use the quote builder: rate, headcount or visits, statutory contributions, service charge, GST, validity and terms. Our team reviews it before the customer sees it and may ask you to correct anything missing.

Question 29

How do ratings work for agencies?

Accepted Answer

Only customers whose job with you is marked completed can rate you, and every review is checked by our team before it shows. No anonymous or fake reviews.

Question 30

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

An account lets you see all your requirements and quotes in one place. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email, or your Google account. There's no password to remember.

Question 31

I didn't receive the sign-in code. What now?

Accepted Answer

Check spam or promotions, and make sure the email address is spelled correctly. Codes expire after an hour. Wait a minute before asking for a new one, because sending many in a row is temporarily blocked to prevent abuse.

Question 32

Will agencies call me directly?

Accepted Answer

No. Agencies see your requirement without your name, phone or email. Your details go only to the agency whose quote you accept, so you won't get a flood of sales calls.

Question 33

What do you do with my information?

Accepted Answer

We use it only to run the service: confirm your requirement, match it and share checked quotes. We don't sell data. You can ask us to correct or delete it at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Question 34

Can I talk to a person?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Message or call us on WhatsApp at +91 9773773093, or email info@8vdigital.com. We reply during working hours, Monday to Saturday.
