How we verify agencies
Anyone can make a website. Before an agency can see a single requirement on FacilityHub, a person on our team has called them and checked their papers.
The process
Five steps before the Verified badge

Application
The agency tells us who they are, what they offer and where, and uploads licences and registrations. Documents are stored privately — only our verification team can open them.

A call with the owner
We call the agency, confirm the owner and contact person, and check the phone and WhatsApp numbers are theirs.

Document review
Each document is reviewed by a person and marked accepted or rejected with a reason. For security agencies, the PSARA licence state and expiry date are recorded.

References and track record
We look at years in business, staff on payroll and current clients, and call references where given.

Approval
Only then does the agency go live with the Verified badge. Until approval it can't see or quote on any requirement.

PSARA licence for security
Private security agencies must hold a PSARA licence for the state. We check the licence, the state and the validity date.
Registrations
GST, PAN and company or partnership papers — so you're dealing with a real, registered business.
PF and ESIC registration
EPFO and ESIC registrations, so statutory contributions for staff can actually be paid.
Track record
Years in business, staff on payroll and current clients we can call for a reference.
Kept up to date
Licences have expiry dates. We track them, remind agencies before they lapse, and pause those that aren't renewed.

Verification doesn't stop at the badge
Every quote is checked
Before a customer sees a quote, we check it: wages, statutory lines, GST and terms. We send it back to the agency if something's missing.

Ratings from real jobs only
Only a customer whose job was completed through us can rate an agency. No anonymous or bought reviews.
Problems have consequences
Complaints are followed up. Agencies that don't meet the standard are paused or removed.
