Privacy Policy

FacilityHub is an online marketplace that connects organisations looking for facility services (such as security guards and housekeeping staff) with verified service agencies in Delhi NCR. For this policy, "we" means the operator of the FacilityHub website.

If you post a requirement: your name, organisation, phone number, email (optional), city and locality, type and size of requirement, shift, start window, notes and preferred way to be contacted.

If you list an agency: business and contact details, services and areas covered, staff strength and years in operation, and the documents you upload (for example licences, registrations and tax papers).

If you create an account: your email address or phone number, your sign-in method (email code, Google or phone) and basic profile details you choose to add. We never see or store your Google password.

Collected automatically: technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as device and browser type, IP address, pages visited and anti-spam checks. We keep short usage events to understand which parts of the site work.

• To qualify and verify requirements and agencies, including by phone or WhatsApp.
• To match a verified requirement with suitable verified agencies and to facilitate quotes.
• To run your account, sign you in and send service messages such as sign-in codes and confirmations.
• To prevent spam, fraud and misuse, and to keep the platform secure.
• To improve the service, handle complaints and meet legal obligations.

Requirements: after we verify a requirement, agencies matched to it see the details of the job (service, location, size, timing). Your name and contact details are not given to agencies until you choose to connect with them.

Agencies: your profile may be shown to customers as a verified agency. Uploaded documents are private to our verification team and are not shown publicly.

Service providers who process data for us under their own security terms: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (sending email), Google (sign-in with Google, if you choose it; and Sheets, if our team uses it for operations) and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection).

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We process your information with your consent, which you give when you submit a form or create an account, and where needed to provide the service you asked for or to meet legal obligations, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights"); this may limit what we can do for you.

We keep requirement and agency records for as long as needed to run the service, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. Sign-in codes expire within an hour. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data unless we must keep some of it by law.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to records is limited to our authorised team through role-based controls, uploaded documents are stored privately, and public forms are protected against abuse. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong sign-in method and tell us if you suspect any misuse.

We use only what is needed to run the site: storage in your browser to keep you signed in and remember your session, and a spam-protection check on forms. We do not use advertising cookies at present. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, to withdraw your consent, and to nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to the contact above and we will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period required by law. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.

FacilityHub is for businesses and organisations. It is not meant for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy as the service grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you on the site or by email.
